National Electrical Safety Code with Sam Stonerock

Sam Stonerock, a Senior Advisor with Southern Cal Edison, joins Brian and Derek to discuss the NESC. Sam has worked for SCE for 36 years, serves as the Chair of ASTM F18, and serves as Chair for two subcommittees for NESC.

The guys talk about what the NESC is and when is actually applies. They discuss the importance of working de-energized and whether the electrical industry is adapting to de-energizing work. Sam also reveals some changes in the upcoming NESC, including a new Table 410-4.
