“During European CE testing, we have identified a Pro-Wear™ Plus fabric that is not performing to stated specifications”, do you knowing the products of this specific recall are distributed in the US?
There was some and it was also recalled in the US. While the rating was slightly lower it was not an issue of flame resistance. Just an issue of marketing compliance. Slight variations in a fabric’s arc rating do not mean it isn’t protective, it just means it isn’t quite as protective in a specific exposure. The repeatability of the test and the fabric can be issues but the real concern would be if a product was no longer flame resistant. That could add injury to a worker.
