Mentorship is Critical in the Electrical Sector
Mike Doherty, long-time electrical safety consultant with e-Hazard, has an article that just published in NETA World Magazine, Summer 2022.
Having worked and been invested in the electrical industry both as an electrician and a member of technical committees and work groups, he is able to explain the importance of mentoring in a unique way. He has experience with the electrical standards from both sides of the fence, so to speak, and can communicate to both the mentor and the mentee sides of the issue.
