Computer Based Training Overview
Computer-Based Training (CBT), also known as e-learning, gives your team the flexibility to complete high-quality electrical safety training anytime, anywhere. Our self-paced, web-based courses are ideal for organizations with shift workers, remote employees, small groups, or teams that can't easily attend instructor-led classes. Developed by e-Hazard's industry experts, each course delivers practical, standards-based instruction that helps employees build knowledge, reinforce safe work practices, and meet OSHA and NFPA 70E training requirements. While hands-on, instructor-led training remains the gold standard, our Computer-Based Training provides a convenient, effective solution when flexibility is essential.
Class Offerings
Low Voltage Electrical Safety
Designed for employees who work on or near electrical systems operating at 600 volts and below, this self-paced course introduces the essential principles of electrical safety based on NFPA 70E and OSHA requirements. Participants learn to recognize electrical hazards, understand shock and arc flash risks, identify safe work practices, and apply proper protective measures before beginning energized work. This course is an excellent option for initial awareness training, refresher training, or organizations needing flexible scheduling for qualified electrical workers.
Task Operator Electrical Safety
Not every employee performs electrical work, but many operate or interact with electrical equipment as part of their job. The Task Operator Electrical Safety course is designed specifically for individuals who perform routine switching or equipment operation without being fully qualified electrical workers. The course covers the electrical hazards associated with these tasks, including shock and arc flash risks, while providing practical guidance on safe operating procedures based on OSHA and NFPA 70E requirements. It helps organizations ensure employees understand the hazards specific to their assigned tasks and know how to perform them safely and confidently.
Who Should Attend?
