Class Overview
The content of this course is tailored to the unique needs of an individual company. As each environment is different, e-Hazard creates a curriculum to address the electrical safety training needs of affected persons as identified by management, engineering and safety. This class also has a focus on awareness of shock and arc flash. This class is based on NFPA 70E and OSHA guidelines.

Attendees of our General Electrical Safety Awareness class will learn the following:
- Identifying electrical hazards that may be present
- Defining the role and responsibilities of unqualified workers
- Applicable safety rules for interacting with electrical equipment
- PPE and tools necessary for safe equipment operation
- Specific requirements of NFPA 70E for electrical tasks
- How to read arc flash labels
