Joe Rachford

Joe is an electrical engineer who has worked in the steel industry for over 40 years. His experience includes project management, maintenance engineering, high voltage power distribution systems, and electrical safety.

At Gallatin Steel, Joe was responsible for technical training and served as the process manager for high voltage systems as well as facilities maintenance. He implemented a plantwide electrical safety program based on NFPA 70E and led the high voltage program.
