Gus Gantzer

Gus Gantzer is a licensed electrician with more than 25 years ofexperience in the oil industry and the Air National Guard. He was a safety consultant at the North Dakota Safety Council in Bismarck. As electrical foreman at Bakken Oil Field, he was responsible for overseeing all projects and ensuring thatsafety codes and standards were met. He was also responsible for the entire electrical safety training program.

At Bakken he developed and implemented the company’s JSA and Lockout/Tagout programs and installed all automation controls systems. During eight years at the Air National Guard, he oversaw safety training and safety regulation enforcement.
