George Cole

Working over three decades at the largest electric utility company in Arizona (APS), George has held technical roles in several different departments. He is currently assigned to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station as their electrical safety consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all electrical safety issues.
George is responsible for ensuring that Palo Verde’s electrical safety program is compliant with OSHA regulations as well as NESC and NFPA 70E standards. In doing so, he provides electrical safety training and investigates electrical safety incidents and events.
