About the App
If you would find it helpful to access the 2017 NESC® while on the field, there is now an app available for iOS, Android, and Windows™. This will provide convenient access to the Code via your mobile device or tablet. Downloading the app alone will not give you the full code, however. The complete code must be purchased separately.
The features of the app include the following:
- Bookmark and highlight content
- View diagrams, charts, and drawings
- Instant access to formulas, equations, and calculations with context
- Look up terms using the IEEE Dictionary feature
- Access to NESC-related media
You can download the app at iTunes, Google Play, and Microsoft. It supports iOS 9, Android 5.0 and Windows 10 operating systems and higher.
Cost
The NESC® App costs $4.99. Again, you won’t get the 2017 NESC® edition automatically. You will have the option of purchasing the complete contents within the App itself.
If you have already purchased the complete edition, you can get a complimentary download of the full NESC® content. You’ll have to create an account for the NESC Collabratec Community in order to verify your purchase.
