Rick Galphin

With over 40 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, Rick has worked on power systems and automation installations, designed PLC programs, and successfully completed projectswithin budget constraints. His engineering and management skills allowed him to optimize mechanical systems for greater output and reduce time on trouble calls.

Some of his QIC designs have won awards at local competitions, allowing him to present to larger audiences. In 2012, he began training low voltage and high voltage electrical safety classes to maintenance technicians as well as a management team using e-Hazard materials.
