Melissa Satterwhite

Melissa Satterwhite joined e-Hazard in 2018 and serves as Train the Trainer Operations Manager. In this role, she coordinates all of e-Hazard’s Train the Trainer and Open Enrollment classes, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and logistics. Melissa is the primary point of contact for Train the Trainer graduates and manages relationships with book printers and key vendors that support e-Hazard’s nationwide training programs.

With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky, Melissa brings extensive experience from previous roles in bookkeeping, retail management, and manufacturing support. Her broad background includes expertise in purchasing, MRO, quotations and sales orders, scheduling, logistics, and internal auditing—all of which contribute to her strong organizational and operational leadership at e-Hazard.
