Kathleen Cyrus

Kathleen Cyrus serves as Director of Operations at e-Hazard, where she leads the operations team and supports the successful delivery of the company's training programs and strategic initiatives. She works closely with clients, instructors, and staff to ensure projects, training events, and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to overseeing operational processes and customer communications, Kathleen manages many of e-Hazard's larger customer accounts, helping coordinate customized training solutions and long-term client partnerships. She is also involved in employee onboarding and development, process improvement efforts, and company initiatives that support continued growth.

Kathleen joined e-Hazard in 2018 after serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a fast-growing nutritional supplement company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Louisville. Her background in psychology, combined with her passion for organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement, helps her support both e-Hazard's team and its customers.
