Jennifer Hester

Jennifer Hester joined e-Hazard in 2023 as a subject matter expert in education and adult learning. She facilitates the Train the Trainer courses, providing teaching insights and coaching attendees on best practices for training others.

Jennifer has over 30 years of experience as an educator. She has worked with all types of students, from teaching elementary students English as a Second Language to teaching Psychology courses to college students. Several years ago, Jennifer added mountain bike coaching to her skill set as the founder and head coach of Louisville Sting, a NICA mountain bike team. She is in the process of becoming certified as an ADHD and Life Coach through MentorCoach® and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  She has two master's degrees (in Secondary Education/Teaching from the University of Louisville and Psychology from West Georgia College); her B.A. is from Morehead State University where she double majored in Philosophy and Public Speaking.
