e-Hazard Training Services - Terms and Conditions Summary
1. Cancellation Policy:
If the customer cancels training within 7 days of the scheduled training date, the customer is responsible for the full training costs.
2. Rescheduling Policy:
If the customer wishes to reschedule within 7 days of the scheduled training date, they will be responsible for any instructor travel change fees.
The cost of the training can be transferred to the new date, but rescheduling is allowed only up to three times.
For any open enrollment registrations:
Low &/or Low+High Voltage or 1910.269 classes: after the attendee and dates have been confirmed any changes will incur an additional $50 administrative processing fee.
Low &/or Low+High Voltage Train the trainer classes: after the attendee and dates have been confirmed any changes will incur an additional $100 administrative processing fee.
NEC classes: after the attendee and dates have been confirmed any changes will incur an additional $100 administrative processing fee.
3. Purchase Orders (PO) Requirement:
All training purchase orders must be submitted 30 days in advance of the scheduled training date.
e-Hazard reserves the right to reschedule the training if the customer fails to provide the purchase order on time.
Customized trainings will not begin development until the purchase order is received for customization. Training dates will not be scheduled until customization is complete and a separate purchase order for training has been received.
4. Payment Terms:

Training estimates are contingent upon Net30 payment terms
5. Onsite Training Capacity:
Maximum capacity is noted for general purposes only. Each student must have a set of books to attend class; the number of students does impact pricing. Please notify the Training Provider immediately if the number of students will be higher than the originally agreed estimate/purchase order amount.
For Low Voltage onsite training, there is a required minimum of 5 students/maximum of 40 students.
For High Voltage onsite training, there is a required minimum of 5 students/maximum of 16 students.
For ES Task Qualified for Electric Vehicles training, there is a required minimum of 5 student/maximum of 16 students.
6. Online Training Capacity:
Online training sessions are capped at a maximum of 15 students per session
7. Training Provider Obligations:
The Training Provider agrees to supply the courses to the Customer in accordance with all material respects of the Contract.
Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, the Training Provider’s obligations are limited to delivering the Course at the agreed premises and providing the necessary training materials.
Exception: the customer is responsible for providing a battery or electric vehicle for the hands-on demonstration of skills required for the Electrical Safety Task Qualified for Electric Vehicle course.
8. Class Participation Confirmation:
The Customer must confirm the class participation no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled training to ensure that enough training materials (e.g., books) are provided.
A modified purchase order with expedited shipping fees may be required if additional students are added after class materials have been shipped.
9. Attendee Suitability:
The Training Provider reserves the right to refuse training to any attendee and to request their removal from the training facilities if, in the opinion of the Training Provider, the Attendee is:
(i) Unfit or unsuitable to attend or complete the Course for any reason.
(ii) Behaving in a manner that is dangerous, offensive, or disruptive to the proper conduct of the Course.
10. Copyright Protection of Training Materials:
The Customer acknowledges that the training materials provided by the Training Provider are protected under copyright law and are intended solely for the agreedupon training purposes.
The materials may not be disclosed to individuals other than the Attendees, and reproduction or copying of the materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Training Provider.
Translation of the materials into other languages is also prohibited without written permission.
Due to copyright laws, each student must have access to a copy of the most current version of NFPA 70E during class for training reference.
The Customer is strictly prohibited from recording the training sessions in any form.
11.Certificate of Completion:
Certificates of completion will be issued within 7-10 business days following the completion of the class.
Students will not receive a certificate of completion for the Hands-on Demonstration of Skills portion of the training. However, they will be provided with a Demonstration of Skills checklist as proof of completion, which the customer will retain for record-keeping purposes.
If add on services for hands on demonstration of skills is included, certificates of completion for the training will not be provided until the rented Low Voltage (LV) or High Voltage (HV) kit has been picked up by the delivery agent
“GRAINGER AS BILLING AGENT. By accepting this quote, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Grainger will be solely and exclusively acting as billing agent for e-Hazard for the project services described herein, which activities shall include the following administrative activities for e-Hazard: receipt of customer PO; preparation and processing of invoices; receipt of payment for the project services; and other administrative activities as agreed to by eHazard and Grainger. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Grainger will not perform any of the project services described herein, including, but not limited to, any work on site, construction, supervision, inspection, coordination, scheduling, project management or other task normally provided by a contractor. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that eHazard shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the project services and for any matters relating to or arising from the project services and the activities related thereto.”
