Registration: Open class registration is completed in advance. The class schedule has links to register online or you can call +1 (502) 716-7073.
Instructors are usually present 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
Open Classes: Full-day open classes typically start at 8:00 AM and finish by 5:00 PM. Please see the class event page for details (accessed from the class schedule).
On-site Classes: These are scheduled to meet the customer’s needs.

No, all materials will be provided.
Open Classes: Yes, lunch is included in your registration.
On-site Classes: Lunch is provided at the customer’s discretion.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for many of our courses but depend upon the certifying body. Each course page lists the available CEUs for the class. These are subject to requirements, so check with your certifying body for more information. For additional information on certifying bodies, see CEUs for Electrical Training.

There are 2 recently built hotels located within 3 miles.
Several are located at the I-265/Westport Road interchange (<5 miles/12 minutes).
Our training center is located in Eastpoint Business Park in suburban Louisville, less than one mile from the LaGrange Road Exit (30) of I-265, Gene Snyder Freeway. For practical purposes, the only way to get to our training center is by car.

CBT Courses
Once you pay for the course, you are officially enrolled. You may take the class at any time. However, it may be beneficial to wait until you receive the student materials before starting to reference the standard and take notes.
If you are not satisfied with the course, we can provide two options:
- We can register you to attend one of our live streaming courses for no additional charge.
- If you would like a refund, please send a request within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds are not accepted if a certificate of completion has been issued.
Yes, training materials will be sent to the address provided during registration and will arrive within 1-3 business days.

- Complete the entire online course and take the final quiz.
- Contact us to schedule a Subject Matter Expert (SME) phone call to review the quiz, discuss any quiz questions, clarify any training content, and confirm passing grade.
- Upon completion, you can access your certificate from the certificate database.
