Skyler Kostura

Skyler began his career as a US Navy submarine nuclear electrician. Afterwards, he developed expertise in building maintenance, electrical system operation and repair, boiler plant management, and engineering team leadership. At Tesla, he focused on mechanical and electrical system integration and operation, troubleshooting, and technician management, as well as providing NFPA 70E and OSHA 1910/1926 trainings. Skyler also led People Leader trainings on human and organizational performance. His expertise also includes job planning, audits, and electrical safety investigations.
