Mike Sanchez

Michael has over 30 years of electrical experience in nuclear, solar, wind, and geothermal powerplant management, safety, operations, and employee training. He began his career in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Program. His responsibilities during his 20-year tenure with the navy included leading the Electrical Division, Assistant Project Officer in Shipbuilding, and Reactor Electrical Leading Chief Petty Officer.

Michael’s expertise runs the gamut from personnel management, operations, and training to mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, technical research, and industrial safety, He has worked with national and global companies to improve processes, control costs, and resolve complex issues.
