Michelle Smith

As e-Hazard's Training Support Specialist, Michelle oversees the management and distribution of all training materials and student workbooks at e-Hazard. She is responsible for placing and fulfilling all Train the Trainer book orders, coordinating private training class materials, and managing logistics for high- and low-voltage training kits and hands-on equipment. Her attention to detail and organization help ensure that every training site receives accurate, high-quality materials on time, supporting consistent and efficient training delivery nationwide.

Prior to joining e-Hazard in 2022, Michelle spent 13 years at an ophthalmology practice, where she advanced from Executive Assistant to Clinical Research Coordinator for national research studies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Sociology from the University of Louisville.
