Joe Patton

Joe started his career as a non-destructive inspector for an oil refinery while working on his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology (AAS). After graduating in 1996, he joined Honda of America Manufacturing as an electro-mechanical technician and completed a 4-year training program there, consisting of both mechanical and electrical systems. He eventually became the plant maintenance manager and continues to hold this position today, overseeing a team of 278 technicians. He is well-versed in industrial electricity as well as predictive technologies such as infrared thermal imaging and ultrasound inspections.
