Robert (Bob) Huddleston is recently retired from BNSF Railway with 43 years of experience in the engineering / electrical group. He began at BNSF in 1972 as an electrical apprentice, followed by positions of Journeyman Electrician, Electrical Foreman, Electrical Supervisor, and Electrical Safety Facilitator. While at BNSF, he was responsible for the installation and maintenance of electrical distribution systems up to 15 KV, wastewater treatment plants, diesel fueling facilities, movable span bridges, and locomotive repair shops. He also provided support to the Telecommunications, Mechanical, and Signal Departments.

While at BNSF Railway, Bob helped develop electrical safety and Lockout / Tagout programs, and provided safety training for Engineering Department employees exposed to electrical hazards.

Robert is a registered master electrician in the state of Wisconsin and an OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer. He is a member of ASSE and NFPA, and resides in Iowa.
