Jaclyn Crump joined e-Hazard in 2021 as Administrative Coordinator and is responsible for assisting the Resource Team in all areas, including  preparation of certificates of completion, communication with clients and students, maintenance of course documentation, and coordination of course materials.  She previously worked as the office manager for Social Finance, a finance and advisory nonprofit in San Francisco.  She has also worked as an operations manager and project manager at a variety of companies, including food, cosmetics and graphic design.  She has a great deal of experience with accounting and budgets, event planning, and project coordination among a wide variety of departments and corporate activities, including supporting an office of 120 people. Jaclyn moved to Louisville from San Jose, California, in 2017.
